This tenant upfit project focused on enhancing existing fixtures and structures to keep costs low while maximizing usability. We developed massage and therapy rooms, along with new flooring, plumbing, paint and electrical, all designed to reduce overall expenses. This efficient approach allowed us to get the client operational sooner, ensuring a seamless transition for the tenants.
